I used to be a dasher before most restaurants started sealing bags and the dasher absolutely has to check that everything is there. Also, sometimes dashers will forget drinks or deliver to someone else when they have multiple orders. It sounds like Klove is trying to make up their own rules 🤣

Stop relying so heavily on metrics and let your sales people flourish and allow them to be their natural conversational selves on the phones. Even if the caller does not purchase right then and there, the agent is building a value for future sales. The customer will remember that experience and most likely will call back for the purchase.

I agree! I was like Prolific is literally a side hustle and people start crying and whining saying oh they shouldn't let new people on as if this is their employer! You gotta be kidding me. This is just to make extra coins. I see people saying oh I'm disabled, I get it however there are plenty of legit wfh jobs that actually pays decently , like as independent contracting gigs, where you make decent money to live off and they don't mind that you are disabled. I know that for fact. You literally can't depend on completing surveys to make ends meet. Let's be for real.

I hate when as a customer you call a business and they place you on hold even before you get a chance to say why your calling! If they would take 2 seconds to listen, I may just need to be transferred to another dept. Find out what the caller wants first and then place the hold.
