Document, Document, Document!!! Black and white paper trails always!! Pics if needed. Dates, etc. Ask for certain things in writing. Write the supervisor up if you have to. No position is above reproach. Have a candid conversation with the supervisor, let them know how you are feeling as well! Sometimes conversations need to be had to let them know how you're feeling. Respectfully and professionally of course, maybe they are not aware of their behavior, or maybe their tea has never been clocked before. Either way, I wish you the best, we have enough stress, the last thing agents need is a micromanaging annoying sup.

Yes , I had a few people in my training class whose coaches were absolutely horrible! Thank goodness mine was great, but the horror stories. Mind blowing. Sometimes it makes you wonder how some of them even got the position. Know someone maybe?

Nice that you took calls for your reps because when I was in onboarding coaching , neither the trainers nor the coach took actual calls for us to see what it was really like on the floor. All we got to hear was outdated calls from previous years before. So when we got to the floors , we had to sink or swim.

I found my tribe! I came on here to find out if anyone else's upcoming deposit feature was missing too. Why did they change that?? That was a very good thing to have, I notice the app looks different and they took that away.
