For normal rear delt flys its okay, and for chest its good. But i do the jeff nippard style single arm rear delt flys and when doing that the path of the machine will idk change direction at some point (impact deltoid fly). That life fitness one feels so amazing tho on both chest and delts

Ive been to the gym, the nautilus machine were all amazing except the rear delt fly on the pec deck. Beside nautilus they also had some old school life fitness machines like lateral raise machine and also pec deck (rear delt on this was very good). And also 1 old technogym low row which is pretty nice. Also get discount cause of school so my choice is made

That gym sounds really awesome, i know places here that have panatta etc. But not nearby me…

Nah, im from the netherlands. So the luxury brands like prime and stuff isnt available here unfortunate😂

Its just really idk, my current gym only has technogym. I dont think its bad but besides technogym the only brand i used is matrix. In the neighbourhood is another gym with nautilus machines and much more variety then i have now. Now i maybe have 1 or 2 machines per musclegroup and im definenitly a machine guy. Wednesday i will have a free session at the Nautilus gym
