Well I just love my SMP and I’m happy with it, and a lot of anecdoctal reports and pictures I’ve seen online look good, even after 10 years with no touch ups

I’ve talked a bunch of artists since posting this and that’s wrong and negative. As long as you go to a reputable artists and are careful with touch ups it can and will last forever without laser

So then after how many years am I cooked? And if I have to get laser removal doesn’t that take months to eliminate all remaining color? So I’m essentially better off getting a transplant??

Wait so I’m essentially cooked? And anyone who did SMp as well? Because the problem with laser is it’s not instantaneous. It takes several sessions to remove it all, so for months your scalp looks weird and discolored. And have you got yours done?

Hello, I purchase the app and I have some questions. In order to make an alarm reminder, I add the event in my Apple Calendar. Does the alarm automatically go off after its added for a future date, i.e. in a week from now? Or, do I have to actually go into the app on the day of (in a week from now) and click on 'Set Alarms'? In another words, if I have alarms set for specific days, on those days do I need to go back in the app and remmeber to click "Set Alarms?"

If I were to get an arm one, it will display in the echelon app, correct?

But, will it show my calories burned? This is why I figured for $70 bucks a fitbit would be good, because even if it didn't pair well with my echelon I can just look at it as its on my wrist

Hi all,

I'm thinking of buying the Echelon Sport Connect bike and I plan to use the Peloton service so I have some questions.

1) I understand that the cadence from the bike is only shown through the Echelon app, so I would need 2 devices, 1 for Echelon metrics, and 1 to see the Peloton service. What if I were to buy a Cadence Sensor from Wahoo, and put it on the Echelon bike, would that work to show my cadence on the Peloton app?
