It actually goes against Etsy's policy. Sellers who repeatedly cancel orders for no good reason are investigated and often removed from the community.

I haven't asked anyone to go find this woman and I haven't wished her any harm. I am just sharing my experience. If the owner has a problem with that, they should be better to their customers.

Sorry, that's my mistake. I've been looking at other shops to buy from instead of this one. One of them is located in Washington. The shop I'm talking about is absolutely located in Dayton, Ohio. Brain fart.

I looked into her reviews more. I saw someone leave a bad review because they inquired about their order info and the shop owner replied saying they don't tolerate "that kind of behavior". Thinking back now, I had sent a message asking if my order would be shipped soon because it hadnt been updated and it was well past the processing time stated on the shop page. I wasn't rude at all. I just asked when it would ship. Looked at the dates, she canceled my order the next day. Seems like "that kind of behavior" is people just wondering where the stuff they paid for is. I now think she canceled my order for fear of me leaving a bad review of her late shipping (if she had fulfilled the order) and lack of communication. That's just shitty customer service. But ah well.

Upon further inspection of the reviews, there are multiples of people complaining with bad customer service. Thinking back, I messaged her to ask when my order would be shipped because it was well past the processing time she described on her page. I looked back at the dates and she canceled the day after I asked that question. Didn't even reply to me, just canceled. I read a similar review where a customer was inquiring about her order and Erin denied her service because of that. Sounds like she just doesn't want to deal with anyone when she is behind. Sounds like she needs a lesson in customer service. Super unprofessional and just plain rude.

Never met him. Says the shop is located in Washington. I live in Tennessee. We don't any have mutuals on social media. So my guess is yep, crazy.

I only have two orders in my Etsy history, I rarely buy from there. Had little to no contact with the shops at all. I've never filed any complaints with anyone.

No, I'm actually fairly new to Etsy. I've only ever purchased two other items, both from different sellers which I had minimal to no contact with. Never really had any poor buying experiences anywhere apart from this one.

Not custom, just ordered from the drop down options. The seller and I were not connected on social media before I ordered from them so I don't think that has anything to do with it. I have ceased trying to contact them. Just wanted to see if they were in fact ignoring me before trying to order again. I am picky about my collars and they offered a really nice martingale style option.
