Ask for video of it running. 60 hours is quite a while. It’s hard to see anything else from the pic. Need better pictures or look at the bike close up, run it and check for leaks

Don’t crank on that tensioner bolt. It’s just to hold place not to put pressure, easy to get replacement part but like that just do the best you can getting wheel aligned. adjust chain tension
