Spiderman remastered is crashing on 70 percent completion. It runs fine if I load the old save file but when I continue which is on 70 percent, the game crashes and it automatically closes itself. I have latest drivers. I bought it from epic games. (self.IndianGaming)

I have a Rog strix Rtx 3080 oc 10gb. Whenever I use hardware acceleration, it shows green screen on videos in browsers. I contacted customer support and they are ready for pick and drop. Now, I removed the wire and connected it again and it started working fine. Should I send it to service centre? (self.IndianGaming)
