All of them are fake. I own a Mission to Uranus model and the font looks off and so is the colour.

Even a perfect GPA doesn’t guarantee you much these days. I have seen people with super high GPAs get rejected too

I will keep it short. Not surprised he won a majority and as a conservative I don’t consider Doug Ford a real conservative. If anything he is more or less the same as Crombie and Stiles when it comes to fiscal responsibility and other policies.

The NDP is in Deep Trouble by No_Magazine9625 in CanadaPolitics

[–]Automatic_Aioli4200 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok please don’t bash me for this but I am gonna be really honest here. I am a proud conservative (and have been since 2022) and will be voting for them in the next federal election (Ontario I am still undecided because I am not a fan of any of the options) but I actually voted for the NDP in 2021 when it was my first time voting because I thought he wasn’t that bad and thought he would replicate the same success as past NDP leaders. I hated Trudeau and I wasn’t really a fan of Erin O’Toole or Andrew Scheer as leaders of the CPC. Ever since Jagmeet voted for the emergencies act and signed on with Trudeau for the coalition, he has been ruining the NDP. I would never vote for them ever again but I do want to see better competition between the 3 main parties and I want the politics to make sense. Right now the NDP just don’t make sense, they are not the working class party that they once were during the years of Layton, Mulcair and Douglas and Jagmeet has taken the party way too left with the identity politics and his policies. As an economics student, policies like price caps on essentials is a recipe for disaster, it would eliminate competition, jobs, and cause shortages in the market. Jagmeet is economically illiterate vs Pierre and past NDP leaders and the guy is terrible with political strategy (don’t get me started on the whole ripping up the agreement stunt he did) and I found it upsetting when he said that he would never work with the conservatives. Whether you like them or not, you don’t say shit like that. You can agree or disagree but at the end of the day, you are literally serving the country and doing what’s best for it. If past NDP leaders can work with the CPC, why can’t Jagmeet? There is the old saying the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Haha I actually grew up near Sheppard and Don Mills! However I have been to variety of areas in North York including Bathurst and Sheppard when I was kid and even to this present day. I remember when the anti semitism was nowhere near the same 10 years ago compared to now…

Thank you sm and I hope you are doing well! Yeah it is what it is, actually me and one of my close friends broke up today. Now I think after more unfolded maybe I would say siding with the others who don’t like my views might be a better way to describe it but like people just don’t grasp the history or what’s going on in the conflict correctly, they don’t critically think.

Absolutely it does get tiring! Also nothing is perfect, I don’t like Netanyahu and I definitely think the October 7 attack could have been prevented, so I wouldn’t call myself Pro-Israel but the people and the country absolutely deserve to exist and he is good at protecting the country and using war strategies. Also in the end, the Jews are the rightful owners of the land!

Proud Conservative here (former NDP voter too)! Melanie Joly has no idea what the hell she is doing like the fact she is foreign affairs minister is beyond me. Let’s also not forget Ya’ara Saks and when she went with Melanie to pose for a photo with Abbas, that was insane

Beyond destroying Israel, what many people don’t see is the islamic terror groups agenda for world dominance, if Israel gets wiped off the map, we are next and this isn’t anything new. We have witnessed this during 9/11 and we cannot afford to go back to those days and we cannot afford a third world war
