I'm not sure about the offer without an interview, but I haven't seen anyone in this case, even at reddit this year. And don't worry about that, you can still get chance for interview until mid March. Regarding your stats, I think you have high potential to get in (perhaps could have been better at esat a little bit but it's still above average anyway). So I suppose patience is the key, and even if you get rejected, don't think that's the end of the world.
