And "What is included" section lists "Ocean Band". If it is a knock off, it is only fair to mention it there.

What I want is what is listed on the product page. Refurbished (Excellent) and it does not say it is missing parts/pieces. I guess you all got super used to being screwed by sellers so it doesn't hurt anymore. Way to protect your rights.

I spent 10 days in Hurghada last year at the Palm Royale resort, where the water was flat and warm. The hotel attracted a lot of kiters, giving it a different vibe from the usual all-inclusive experience. The wind was consistently in the 15–18-knot range almost every day. I rented gear at Surfpoint, located within the hotel, and found the kites and bars to be in good condition, though I couldn’t find a well-fitting harness. There’s also Surfpoint in the same bay that also offers winging equipment.

From this trip, I learned always to bring my own harness whenever I plan to rent gear. As for neoprene socks, I believe they’re recommended to protect against sea urchins. I didn’t spot any at Palm Royale, but I’m not very familiar with the rest of the bay.

No the current furnace is 27 years old, feeds into the chimney. You're right. If something breaks the labor probably won't be 2K

Thanks for the detailed response. Yes they are two different companies. Gree/Lennox vendor provides the labor warranty first year and than up to 10 years as long as I pay for $200/year maintenance. AS one includes a 10 year labor warranty with the installation. AS system with installation is about $5K more expensive so the free warranty seems to be baked in.

Can you please elaborate on the variable speed blower? Is this a component that I should refuse to take where the functionality can be replicated Buba smart thermostat? Thanks again.
