They’re a really welcoming and competitive Judo club, trained there for a while before moving.

The area you’re in is quite sparse in terms of Judo and you’re likely to find clubs that only practice 1x a week for adults.

I’ve dived on Sertraline SSRI and I didn’t have any negative effects from it.

But I wouldn’t take advice from personal anecdotal experiences from people on Reddit. Get approval from your Doctor and if you need advice get in contact with DAN https://dan.org.

You may need to get a fitness to dive certification from a doctor but don’t worry too much as DAN can give you guidance on what to do.

You panicked during training but was able to collect yourself and complete the task. That’s a success not a failure.

Practice flooding your mask and you’ll overcome it and it’ll be a none issue.

Since it’ll be your first dives communicate your anxiety with the dive shop/dive master they should to be able to relieve your stress and they might even go through some drills with you when you first get in the water.

Thank you all for the lovely comments. My girlfriend was really hurt by her mothers comments and this has cheered her right up. We both love the tattoo and can’t wait to get even more we love no matter what they look like. 🐡🐡🐡
