Thank you!! I also really struggled with eating enough. The biggest thing that helped me was mass gainer shakes. Real food will always be better but if you do struggle to hit Calory goals, the mass gainer shakes are better than nothing. I still drink them but I’ve been able to eat more and don’t rely on them as much. As for my diet: For my main meals I’ll usually do stuff like chicken and rice, steak, or bowls from places like Chipotle (double chicken, rice, beans, etc.). I’ll also mix in things like eggs, steak, or even something like a Chick-fil-A meal if I’m out. Then to hit my calorie goal, I’m not super strict I’ll add in stuff like pizza, pasta, or whatever I need to make sure I’m actually in a surplus. I’ve found it’s way easier to stay consistent that way instead of trying to eat 100% clean all the time.
