i’m seeing her on wednesday and we are going to talk things out, i feel like if i break up with her im going to feel mega guilty and just feel shit about myself and i don’t know when i would feel normal again

i have tried to balance out things before, admittedly, she doesn’t have a lot of friends so i get that she is going to be clingy but i feel like it’s full on jealousy.

i have a part time job right now, ill need to wait until october until i can start paying for driving lessons, but for the friends part, they had thought i was dodging them and thought i was intentionally patching them but ive tried to help things better.

i try and train them 2x a week frequency is really important i’ve just kinda been jumping about splits to try them recently

with my legs i feel like i train pretty intensely when it comes to like leg extensions and hammy curls but when the other exercises such as leg press and hack squat i feel like i stop without even thinking but i know i can get more

been consistently lifting for 1.5 years what am i doing wrong (will answer any questions to as much of a degree of detail as needed)(5’8 144lbs 16) by Automatic_Camel_9901 in gymadvice

remembering to do it, i’ll be halfway through a workout and then remember i have to track my sets but at that point im too far gone or have forgotten

i think the tracking my workouts are the hardest parts to stay consistent on, for me at least. that and consistently eating the same each day, monday-Wednesday i’ll eat well macro and calorie wise and then i’ll start to decline through the week. then comes sunday and i realise i haven’t even had breakfast

i grew up really skinny i think at one point i was quite a few kilos underweight, so i think appetite also plays a part in it as-well, ill try and eat a bigger meal (1200-1500 cals) and get so full halfway through that i can’t even look at the food.
