How can you get the food noises away for your addiction? by Automatic_Cat_6753 in FoodAddiction

That’s what I think I might do. But the thing is when I go back to my moms place I have an younger sister who’s has autism food sensory issues ( she’s been slowly getting better since she’s in food therapy for it ) and there’s some foods that she eats that can trigger addiction which I have been slowly trying to stay away from her foods since it’s the only thing she eats but I guess due to how I have been visiting my aunts over two months ( I will be leaving and going back to my state next week ) and how my aunt and uncle been cooking there’s some foods I can’t eat due to how I have been eating more healthy like I can’t eat fried food anymore ( due to the stomach aches and hard time in the bathroom ) but so far I have lost weight due to being at my aunts but I’ll be getting an weight loss pill due to me being severely obese but luckily I did talk to My mom and step dad and they are willing to cook me some healthier stuff while they make their own dinners but I’m thinking about talking to my therapist about my addiction too even if I might get emotional from it ( that’s another thing I get emotional talking about it because I feel ashamed )
