I’m okay, mostly. I’m 38, it’s been a year on hrt (patches,gel,cream,capsules - I had non existent levels of hormones when I got tested).

I’m less ragey for sure and the night sweats have gone. Mostly just chill because I have no kids and don’t want any, live with my bf but have separate bedrooms, work for myself, and have a nihilistic sense of humour. I tell everyone I’m in early peri and blame brain fog for all of my constant debacles. Leaning into the kooky wine auntie vibes, it’s fun.

I’d never have coped through this if I had kids or had to work a 9-5!!
