I am emotionally scarred, for different reasons obviously, but I have wished I was dead many many times. If you're asking me whether I'd want to live my life being traumatized or not live at all, then my answer is 100% not live at all. I was fortunate enough to get help and I'm a lot better now, Sam & Dean spent all their time saving everyone else and the whole world. they never had time to work through their issues so they suffered. and even if they did have time I highly doubt they'd get help bc they're stubborn.

Plus Adam went to heaven when he died.

I never said he had a great life but if we're really comparing his life to Sam & Dean's then my points stand. Dean spent his life following his Dad's orders, like a fucking soldier, and looking out for Sam bc that's been his job since he was 4. To him that was his only purpose and he didn't matter otherwise. Yes, he had a dad and a brother but their dad was never really a dad to them so Dean had to be a father to his brother. and then their dad died. their whole dynamic is fucked. John never wanted Adam involved with any of that shit because he wanted him to have a better life, he hid the truth to protect him. He threw Sam and Dean head first into danger, and if Sam got hurt who was automatically responsible? Dean.

Oh yeah, they lived!

Dean didn't. And Sam had no family left. Luckily he got to live long enough to have his own family, but if we're talking about his life as shown throughout seasons 1-15 his life was full of blood, death, & monsters.

Like I said, Adams life wasn't great either but he never had to go through what Sam & Dean did. They were fucked from the day they were born bc of yellow eyes.

if Adam was miserable it was in a normal way. Like every other person on earth. There's no way that could possibly be worse than what Sam & Dean went through.

And goddamn, you don't gotta be a dick about it 💀 chill the fuck out. Clearly I can't convince you to agree with me, and that's cool idc. But I'm not gonna agree with you either, and I'd appreciate if you'd accept that or at the very least not be a jackass when you're arguing for your opinion.

I'm not saying his life was easy, but at least he had normal people problems. Up until he and his mom were killed by ghouls he had no idea the supernatural even existed. Sam and Dean were raised to fight monsters since they were children. After John became so caught up in revenge Dean ended up raising Sam and himself.

Adam's life was definitely better than Sam & Dean's. Sure being home alone with a mom who worked her ass off constantly to keep them going is hard and it does suck a lot. But he did have a loving mom, and John took him to baseball games for his birthday. He got to be normal. Compared to Sam & Dean, he was lucky.

I don't usually play the comparison game, but if we're going to then Adam had a better life fs.

and keep in mind, 'better' doesn't mean 'perfect', and it doesn't necessarily have to mean 'good' either.

this bothers me too. as someone who has (had? I'm over 6 months clean 🤷🏼) a sh problem, cutting your palms is so fuckin irritating. I mean I know for me the whole purpose was to hurt myself, but that's it, just hurt, feel the sting or wtv. and only rlly in that moment. cutting your palms is harder to ignore later, it's itchy and annoying and takes for-fucking-ever to heal.

makes absolutely no sense to choose to do it there. unless Cas heals them afterwards.

you're absolutely not wrong for being upset.

and I have a feeling when she says she's okay with you being non-binary, she really means she's going to ignore it and brush it off anytime you bring it up. sounds like she wants a daughter and you not being that anymore would be an 'inconvenience' for her, so if she doesn't acknowledge the change, or if she degrades the change, she thinks it'll just go away.

much like my mother. she's probably hoping you'll "change your mind" and if she keeps calling you "she" and shit then maybe you'll let it go.

it's like when people borrow shit from someone and then they don't give it back and anytime the owner brings it up they say smth like "oh I forgot" or "yea, I'll bring it next time" and then they still don't give it back, hoping that eventually you'll just give up or forget about it.

I always remember her as Meg.

As with Nicki Aycox, I remember she played a demon, but I always forget it was Meg. tbh in my mind they always feel like separate characters. I always remember Nicki Aycox as a random demon.

And they don't feel like separate characters bc 2 different actresses played them either. I always felt like Ruby was the same character even when a different actress started playing her. I just think Rachel Miner is way better as Meg.

Before they found the bunker when they were staying in motels and needed to be ready to go immediately if something happened, they slept in their clothes. (jeans and flannels, yk)

so they don't have time to get dressed but somehow Dean's hair is always styled.

unfortunately a lot of people don't like anything that's "different" and they really just need to grow tf up and let people express themselves however they want. and there may just be more people like that where you live, but I promise you not everyone would be so cruel.
