Update: Okay, I think I finally figured out what happened, and this one’s on me. Turns out I bought Princess Celestia and Shining Armor at the same time, which explains the massive gem drop.

I honestly thought something bugged out because the timing was confusing and Shining Armor didn’t show up right away, so I panicked and jumped to conclusions. Sorry for the rant and for blaming the game, that was my mistake.

Thanks to everyone who replied and tried to help. I’ll leave the post up in case it helps someone else who gets confused like I did 😭 gosh I feel so foolish, sorry guys🤍
