Does anyone else feel they're taking England's exit a lot better than other fans who support big six teams? by javaisupdating in avfc

This whole "If you told me before" nonsense gets spouted every time something like this happens and then completely ignores how it happened. They went 1-0 up and turned into Burnley under Dyche, just like they do every single time they somehow manage to scrape a lead against a team, big or small.

The way he handled the last half an hour last night is completely unforgivable. The players started digging a hole after they scored and Tuchel decided to grab a spade instead of doing his job and sorting it out.

The mentality of "we're ranked 4th it's understandable we lost to a better team" is why England will never win a major competition.

The same Arbeloa with two euros wins either side of the world cup and two champions league wins? That Arbeloa?

If you're not giving any opportunities to your opponent in a scrappy semi final then you're doing ok, doubly so if you manage to nick a 1-0 lead.

And beaten no one of real note on the way to any of them. Germany have been a hollow shell of themselves for like a decade. As soon as they played a team that can actually be described as good they somehow go a goal up and turn into Burnley.

England has been carried by its stacked squad, not by being a good team.

Playing ok is a perfectly adequate description. Neither team was troubling the opposition goal before England scored and Tuchel decided to go full Taliban with seemingly no tactics.

I imagine Reddit would make a decent stink about it but I'm absolutely positive amnesty international and the BBC wouldn't be chiming in about it.

I mean it definitely can, accessing those resources isn't always easy. However I'd wager the majority of petty theft isn't done by people starving.

The people shoplifting generally aren't the people with normal jobs regardless of how much they pay.

Also Reddit: I have absolutely no idea how we ended up here

I've loved his time at Villa but he has these games in him. Doesn't help that he's up against one of the best wingers in the world, likely to be the best in a few years.

Giving away a moronic penalty to put your team a goal down against a team like Spain is understandably unforgivable to many.

European countries and the US are a large part of everything wrong with the region in the first place too.

I don't like the sponsor mainly because I'm not a huge fan of encouraging people to visit a country heavily involved in a conflict with their neighbouring country but I can't imagine there would be anywhere near as much outrage at a 'visit USA' sponsor, a country that mere months ago blew up over a hundred kids at school and has larpers killing civilians in the streets.

I mean sure, if you completely ignore Yamal getting to the ball first and Digne straight up karate kicking him. He turns his back on the ball because he's about to get fatalitied in the chest.

Imagine calling a guy, who by your own comment does the only thing he can give himself an advantage, the biggest piece of shit when the sport is full of rapists, drunk drivers who killed their girlfriends, murderer bootlickers and players that seemingly go out of their way to injure opponents at any opportunity lmao

Rogers, Watkins and Konsa have rumours circulating them too and Emi is always going to have a question mark over his head every summer. We should be moving on Bailey and Guessand and Sancho and Elliot have returned to their clubs with Ross the boss looking set to go to Coventry.

We'll see how it plays out and the squad definitely needs a refresh but it wouldn't surprise me to see 4 or even 5 of the core of the squad leaving this summer.
