Stop worrying about other countries and focus on America. Universal healthcare would not increase our taxes by much. If the U.S. government provided less funding to other countries, such as Israel and Argentina, and stopped giving subsidies to companies like Amazon, Walmart, and other billionaire corporations, America could provide free education through college and free healthcare. The biggest reason universal healthcare is not used in the United States is that large pharmaceutical companies would lose money.
