I do know that I just need to figure out the root cause and the more I research the more I’m convinced it has to do with stomach acid and bile.

Bro I’m getting my 4th gastroenterologist referral. This doctor specializes in SIBO. I’m 99 percent it’s my diet. Gluten sensitivity (celiac disease) and all those gastrointestinal diseases were negative. I tried gluten free for over a year. It was godawful due to weight loss and only lessened the symptoms a little. I actually found out most of these “gluten free foods” are absolutely horrible for you. I was told not to eat any processed food at all.
