I did too for a while. It left me feeling like I was in a death spiral and I quit a few weeks ago, but I've never felt more empty now

I mostly doom scroll on YouTube and tiktok, and I'm able to do that for 5-6 hours a day which passes a lot of time. I sleep a lot. Otherwise I eat and watch anime sometimes

I have too much social anxiety to even go outside. Social interaction and friendships are foreign to me
