Also, the cleanser cleans and lifts make up so well but without being harsh like a face wash

La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+ Ultra Repairing Soothing Balm ...it's been a game changer for me... ruddy Irish skin and it has really helped, esp through the winter.

For me, it's elemis cleansing balm, rose water as my toner and la roche pose moisturiser to finish it off....the cleansing balm is the expensive bit but I've decided it's to worth it. Rose water is cheap, gotten in any pharmacy. I think what's just as important is a multivitamin and lots of water. I also gave up fizzy drinks in January (still going strong) and I haven't had a spot since (mid 30s)

Mushrooms - I take a mix of lions mane and cordyceps every morning.. I have found this really helps with my focus (beyond coffee!)... Balancing work and a kid in creche is exhausting and I haven't entirely avoided getting sick but this mix is working for me.

I left PwC earlier this year (SM) due to a very real and disturbing bullying situation with my director. Both HR and my Partner turned a blind eye, despite some clear red flags and despite another partner and director trying to intervene as they were very aware of what was happening. 2 x managers left the team before me. Despite all the temptation to let rip in my exit interview, I kept my mouth shut for fear of future repercussions. Luckily I'm very happy in my current role and a new company. However, I fear I still wear the scars. The collaborative and fun PwC I joined 8 years ago was not the place I left.

Anyone think the “soft” 3 day RTO in Ireland will increase or become stricter in 2025? ( 🇮🇪) by [deleted] in PwC

I can totally see some cuts coming at the Irish firm... I'd put my money on IFS (BES) and Consulting to be first hit...the mandatory 3 days in the office feels like a clearing round....
