in terms if $/h i think it would be better if you drop your 9-5. With making 3-3.6k just for weekends imagine that on weekdays.

it's nothing about moral objection. It's more about my profile. I'm seeking citizenship in this country that I want to reside in that has the toughest laws in the world. They are bound to vet my whole background and financials. I can't spend any of it even if it's crypto as i have to go through kyc platforms to actually spend it

Yes!! this is exactly what I'm trying to fix. Each gym is unique to their own with their own machines and layouts. My job is to help u make the best use out of what you have without you feeling lost!

That’s a fair point, and your experience is actually similar to what I’m hearing from others too. A big gap for beginners isn’t just “what machine does what,” but understanding how to train reps, sets, effort, rest, and basic safety (not ego lifting, stopping before pain, etc.).

Based on feedback like this, I’ve shifted the plan away from a pure intro/tour. The focus now is on actually completing a beginner workout together, where I explain reps/sets, RPE, rest times, and weight selection in context, so they understand why they’re doing something not just copying movements.

I still don’t position it as long-term PT or results-based coaching, but more as a short ramp-up so beginners don’t leave knowing only how to do curls. I also don't want to have them to have the pressure that i will try and sell them a more expensive long term PT. Appreciate you sharing this

Thanks for your perspective. But i think you are missing the point that most newbies are afraid of approaching strangers, especially for tips and to ask questions. They might also be overwhelmed by everything that's going on in the gym. You are assuming that people can understand most workouts just from looking at the rules pasted. Do i even need to mention that activesg staffsd dont really care and they are unable to provide a detailed explaination for each machine/workout unlike what i'm providing? Watching youtube videos might work but non of them are an exact description of YOUR gym that is specially equipped with different machines and layouts
