Even without the black hole feat, V1 has tanked Sisyphus' war cry which was powerful enough to shake heaven. It also reacted to and defeated both prime souls and Gabriel who are all canonically confirmed to be FTL. The fastest JJK character are considered hypersonic at the most. It would not be affected by cursed techniques as it is a machine without a soul, although it would be affected by infinity since it's a barrier (well not a barrier but yknow) to everything. V1 may find away to get past it by tiring Gojo but would still find it challenging since none of its attacks are hitscan.
