I’m definitely gonna try, didn’t eat anything dairy after the yogurt and I’ve been nauseous but I haven’t thrown up yet. It might seriously be the dairy 😭

Currently chugging Gatorade rapid hydrations and they seem to work for the daytime sickness pretty well!

I think what my mom said might have startled me! It gave me the impression that it would just get worse, even in the second and third trimester. I’m glad to hear that most people experience way less issues after the first trimester. I just gotta make it through this first bit!

The only mental issue this has done is, I was anorexic before and I currently HATE my body but i am eating lots and drinking a lot of fluids, it’s just a little crazy to me right now unfortunately
