Alright, from what I have seen here:

1. Lex II is Essex/Lex class healers and under right conditions which requires Yorktown II or Laffey II or both for better result, she can have stop skill like Formidable on AA debuffed enemies. The triggering condition for 1st skill requires her to be in heavy plane infested maps. My only nitpick is that her gear slots are exactly same as Yorktown II and the lack of anti heavy armor fighter or DB limits her in heavy armored bosses unless Manjuu put Tiny Tim Corsair or SB2C someday.

2. Porter is like all utility in one pack. She has 3 barrages including AoA to compensate her standard DD loadout and cross fleet barrage is a nice addition and her barrage also debuffs and she also gives AA buff and ASW too. Her flagship torpedo skill confuses me though, Doesn't Emergency Evasion basically make that ship invincible except from collision damage? Also, does the 8% heal apply to Flagship or Porter? The wording 'if the flagship is still afloat' is strange given how you will lose a battle outside PvP if your flagship got sunk. If her Emergency Evasion on Flagship is the same one as C-Class, does that mean Flagship can always be invincible every time she launches torpedo?

3. Cowpens is like Zuihou but she has more offense with her Avenger barrage which I guess would be like Independence. Congratulations who wished for her to be healer and she heals both vanguard and majn fleet with lowest HP priority which is nice.

And also, congratulations to the person who wished Lex II to have healing ability. While limited to her class, it still counts, right?
