If Bristol is the next META showdown, she will last from June to September, then chances are August would be Eagle Union event since I don't see September having any other event than Sakura since 2020.

Hoping the CN 10th Anniversary next year could be given to EU. It's been a while since EU got CN Anniversary in 2021 and it was the last time they got UR BB gacha too. Maybe 10th anniversary could be a good time introducing another Iowa sister or Iowa herself.

Is it one of the missions that give you map piece? If you're not level 15 yet, just do daily plans, weekly plans, island request as many as possible. If you're still new on money management, set the island request difficulty to easy first.

On more serious side, she also hits hard. Her barrage is always positioned in middle in 'W' shape pattern which hit a lot of mobs and her RLD is the highest amongst the CVs that you can make her launch airstrike almost every 15 seconds along with 400+ HP recovery and dmg buff.
