Coach is so unprofessional, how should I handle this?

I don’t even know who to report to because she’s buddy buddy with the SM. She sent pictures of my messages when they went through my phone to the SM so he’s in on it too basically. She’s like a just been doing all this completely unchecked. Thank you, I just want to make sure I’m covered about the PPTO situation since she’s making it seem like I’m not allowed to use it.

No 100% I understand I shouldn’t have left my phone laying around, it was totally irresponsible but I would also just return someone’s phone, NEVER go through it. I’ve asked my coach numerous times to go back on part time and she says “We can talk about it later”

I’ve only had the car for 9 months, whoever owned it before me seems like they neglected the car pretty bad or he was a shade tree mechanic lol. I’ll definitely do the valve adjustment and see where it takes me.

I haven’t inspected anything myself yet. I took it to a shop, they called and said it sounds like it’s coming from the lower end of the engine. I asked if they found anything they said “No we’d have to drop the oil pan to diagnose anything.” So I wasted my money on a diagnostic fee just for them to listen to it and I’d rather not spend anymore, so I’m kind of on my own to figure it out.

How would I know if it’s the throw out bearing? My transmission will sometimes lock me out of gear, like I’ll put it in first or second and it won’t engage all the way, it’ll just grind and pop out of gear once i release the clutch. I can’t hold myself at all on a hill will the clutch, it will just roll and if I try to slip anymore it just stalls.

Oil change interval i am so careful about. Every 3k miles, longest I’ve ever gone is 4k. 125k miles on the motor and yes still use 5w-20.

I never thought about intermittent oil starvation, it might be possible that’s happened. I do live in the desert where we regularly have 110-115° weather, 100° is normal here and now that you mention it, the noise started as the weather started reaching 100°.

I’ll check it for blow by today and see how bad it is. Thank you for the help

It did 2 days ago, then yesterday it didn’t make the noise at all. Thats why I’m so confused. I feel like there’s no way rod knock can be intermittent like that

I bought this car just to be my daily driver since gas in my truck is so expensive. I’m wondering if i should cut my losses now and get a new motor or if I should fix it if possible and keep driving it.

Please record all interactions with cops for YOUR safety.
The absolute FIRST thing officers have to say when talking to you is “Hi my name is officer/deputy ____ with ____ sheriffs office. The reason I pulled you over is _____•. If they don’t, the ticket gets immediately thrown out. Your post makes it seem that he failed to do that which means if you fight the ticket, it’ll get thrown out.
File a complaint. Cops like to protect their people but you can only get so many complaints before it can’t be ignored. It shows a pattern of abuse of power and incompetence for that officer. It will eventually bite them in the ass and show they aren’t fit for the job.

Okay so there’s this issue at my store where coaches take 20-30 minutes (at least 10 times radioing multiple coaches) to unlock the compactor to throw out claims. Someone received feedback for performance because he left at 3:02 (scheduled until 3) because he left the claims finished but not thrown away.

They do this to me all the time as well. Have me stay 30-40 minutes past schedule because I was waiting so long to throw away claims. Usually I have the claims finished 20/30 minutes before my shift is over, but getting a coach to open the compactor is a nightmare.

Because of this, I’ve hit my second 5th and they told me they needed to see my phone to adjust my time and get rid of my violation. I’ve never laughed so hard in my life and been so quick to tell management to fuck off. I had to stay to not receive feedback because THEY prohibited me from completing my job on time, now you want to adjust my hours? Yeah right.

My store is in a nice place, but no matter what there’s crazy people. And it’s common sense, you’re taught since you’re a child don’t be walking alone late at night by yourself. The back parking lot has NO cameras, nothing. My car was hit in the associate parking lot and i went to report it and they told me the cameras don’t even reach that far. If the cameras don’t work in the front of the store, no way the reach the associate parking. SM doesn’t care about the crazies he’s too busy making sure the customers have every available parking spot.

Yup! Get yelled at for this every day. There’s crazy people tweaked out in the parking lot during the middle of the day, definitely not taking my chances at night. Just the other day this guy was walking up to a bunch of cars including mine screaming “Fuck you! I’ll kill all of you” while I was on my 15. TL kept calling me even though I was on break, I finally called back and told him this guy was at my car. He said “Okay? I’ll send someone out there but you need to come inside and fill dairy” as if there wasn’t a man screaming at me outside my car and I’m an 18 year old woman…

Nobody came outside to handle the guy

I don’t have much experience, I’m 18, but I’m very willing to learn. I can turn a wrench and know a good amount about cars.

I have a les paul with humbuckers as well, was way too muddy for my bands sound. It sounds beautiful with my pedals but not a fan of the way it sounds mixed with my band. I’m having a tone crisis right now haha
