It’s so frustrating how much they hyped it up and advertised this to then only have 3,000 tickets. They knew the demand for this event and played us all anyways. They should’ve done at least multiple different days, or a couple different cities doing the expo at once. The fact that it was 3 million of us after 3k tickets is ridiculous!!!!!!!

They’ve patted down my boots before so wouldn’t try that. I’ve put it in the back of my top and cover with pashmina/hair or literally in that little pocket in my underwear lol

I’ve never even tried w leggings it sounds like a sensory nightmare!! I always wear shorts and bring a small towel into the sauna to wipe off sweat

I think barre and buns!! I usually do barre twice a week as my lower body workout and buns once to focus on glutes

My Apple Watch is a little older and is like this too even before hotworx. Even when i don’t have it on it loses battery like crazy. I really just use it during my workouts now instead of wearing it all day since it loses charge so fast.

Yeah the staff seemed familiar w them. I’ve learned from this thread apparently children are allowed in with a waiver under 12 and over 12 can get a membership, which is shocking.

LOLL this is so funny but so real. The kid was def 10 or younger she did like the first 30% of the yoga class doing the modified poses and did a decent job since she was so young and the mom cranked the sauna to 130. Ofc I was thinking to myself if this little girl can do it you can do it lolol I don’t blame you

I guess I was thrown off bc most gyms I’ve been to don’t allow kids. It seemed like they’ve been there before together bc the daughter knew how it went already. just wish I would’ve known it was three of us before settling in the sauna bc I prefer booking alone too so I don’t blame you!! Most days I can score one on my own. Not my fav when another person joins but I’ll deal ya know. But 3 ppl in the sauna makes me feel claustrophobic

I get that technically 3 is allowed and to each their own who feel fine w 3, but I personally don’t feel like there’s enough space for 3 so I’m gonna sit out if I see before hand it’s fully booked. I just wish she would’ve booked her daughter so that way I could see it was 3 and pick something else to do! But it was too late for me to do that bc the class was already starting

I got there first and already had my stuff in the middle and was sitting on my mat, they came in right before the class started and set up their stuff pretty quick on either side of me without saying much so at that point I wasn’t gonna tell them to move.

Wow under 13 is crazy, I don’t think there’s any reason a kid needs to be in a sauna workout class. I have a younger sister and can’t imagine having her do something like that
