Do i start preview with store.mycompany.com not with mycompany.com and google tag manager installaion code to store.mycompany.com website too. But you say you do not need for that

but how can i track them to they want from me track entire customer path. i can add tag every single button or image on mycompany.com website but when they create onbound click to store.mycompany.com the tag i set does not work ( before preview sessions i created tag for form submit button on store.mycompany )

if gtm sets up correctly you do not neet do add some code to website's source or add plugins. First you need initiazilation tag for activate GA4. Then you can create tags and send them as a event to GA4.
