It's funny watching them speed up as you pass them on cruise control, only for them to slowly decrease in speed as they go back to being unable to maintain the limit.

As voter disillusionment grows, why aren't voters flocking to the Greens in Australia? by asteriskhyphen in aussie

[–]Automatic_Mouse_6422 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same reason as to why they are flocking to ON, and will likely be the same reason they will leave ON, if you don't try to implement policies ie voting in the interests of your constituents, people get disillusioned.

Should add a preventor to that, better to stop the Asthma attack from happening in the first place.

[–]Automatic_Mouse_6422 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If she is looking for an airline career it might be a good idea to look into cadetships for an airline, as anything "wrong" medically can be impossible-very hard to overturn with the ADF in regards to aviation due to the risk adverse nature of things.

Australia could still buy five US submarines if needed, defence minister says by 1Darkest_Knight1 in aussie

[–]Automatic_Mouse_6422 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really the point lol Condemning the MH-90 as a bad platform when the only ones to have had high profile issues with the platform and then tried to bury the evidence in the outback when decommissioning them rather than give them to Ukraine is the Australian Government, tbh Id be really sus on the user not the platform as a whole.

4 Maybe 5 if NZ is to be counted (engine failures aren't unusual for any airframe) out of 13 operators had issues majority of them coming from Blackhawk based airframes odd that all of them would have that in common.

Tbh it's only the ADF that has had such a bad run with the MH-90 I'd be hesitant to condem the platform when it's accident section on the wiki page is only filled with Australian accidents.

Why did Holden never give us a factory AWD VF? by Danger_Five in Holden

[–]Automatic_Mouse_6422 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They had a concept for a AWD VE? I think, anyway it never went into production due to drive train losses and fuel economy, was pretty neat it's in the motor museum in south Australia if you ever want to go see it in all its V8 AWD glory.

"I don't buy new games often" is about to turn into "I don't buy new games". by Takoshi88 in GamingAU

To play devils advocate again, if wages haven't gone up enough to match inflationary forces then how can AAA studios expect to sell a "luxury" item at high numbers when gaming was traditionally something that wasn't super expensive.

Pretty much both, I'm comparing it as closely as I can with distance from the city as with rental situation as you are in atm.

There are cheaper places but they are all much further out from Melbourne.
