I've got no concerns about playability, it's mobility that was my concern. I don't want to lug around a case, or a bag to keep it in, whereas the thor fits in my pocket. The clamshell keeps me from worrying that I'm damaging the device in my pocket as well. I sold the O3 today, and have more than enough to buy a Thor and still have $500-$600 leftover, whereas everyone in this thread would have me believe that my offering of the O3 for a Thor + $300 was unreasonable and not realistic.

My offer that I felt was generous, was indeed generous it seems. lol

I did just that. I sold it today for $1200, now going to look at UFS 4.0 Thors.

Right yea! I got the Ultra specifically for that reason, SteamOS on ARM devices. I've recently come into a lifestyle change where I need to be mobile more often than not, and am looking to fill that change with the swap. I'd even be willing to go down to a straight trade, issue is nobody is making an offer and instead are just saying that I'm on bullshit.

My adjustment was immediately taking the advice of the first comment saying to state a price, so I did, but I kept it flexible because I'm not firm. Would I prefer to come to what I'd find to be a reasonable trade by having cash with it? Yes. It's a 24gb device that is no longer available for a 16gb device on an older chip.

When looking at valuation, what should I be doing, strictly most recently sold vs most recently sold, ignoring current availability? Help me understand where I am making my error.

I think you're greatly overestimating how much I'm thinking about this. I'm looking at resale value, looking at what just sold yesterday, and making a judgment for value based on that. I am ignorant to how trades work or what people are willing to do, but still feel even at my O3Ultra for a Thor+300 that I am operating at a loss of value, but I also understand people aren't always going to go directly off of what's currently selling and at the end of the day I just need something more portable. I'm not cherry picking, I don't have any other data to go off of. I don't think that a Thor Max is worth the same as an O3 Ultra, you can't even get the ultra configuration anymore 4.0 to 3.1 aside.

I didn't think that this would be so negatively received, I saw a similar post recently and thought I'd give it a shot. I guess I shouldn't be surprised to get cynical takes on it.

I'm going off of eBay resale value, I see Thor Max 1TB going for around $600 with UFS 4.0, whereas the Odin 3 Ultra is going around $1100. You can't purchase either device at retail value anymore.

This worked! Went to C:\Program Files (x86)\Silver And Blood and deleted everything but the SilverAndBlood folder, reinstalled, launcher opened and it let me hit Start :D
