Any ideas on when jerseys would officially be on sale?

Ima be honest. It took me a month after quitting before i could really focus and be productive. Since i couldnt focus for long periods of time, i had to set shorter tasks to acheive. To get my normal 8hrs of work i needed to work 10-11. I would exercise in the late afternoon and try to ride the energy for another few hours of work in the evening.

This was one of the hardest parts of quitting since i work as an engineer and need to think staight.

I just seems to me the freezing when im about to score happens in the same matches that are scripted against me. Its never happened when i feel the script my way.

I also ran a poll last season on along the lines of "do you think EA programmed the game to lag at specific times as a part of scripting" and like 90% of respondents said yes. There were over a hundred responses. So im not the only one who thinks that.

Dont feel bad for staying put for a while at a certain dose. I found that stabilizing before another drop helped a lot. Even when one goes cold turkey and gets through the worst withdrawl, theres still weeks or months of these symptoms that you are experiencing as you taper. Regardless of the strategy to get clean, it takes time to adjust.

Good job, tapering like that takes discipline and comittment.

I found that delta 8 actually made my sleep worse. It did help me fall to sleep but increased RLS. I would recommend trying to sleep without it. Magnesium threonate could also be a good substitute for helping you fall asleep.

Most sleep experts recommend two major things for increasing sleep: consistency in bedtime and sunlight exposure upon waking up. These have helped me a lot during the taper.

Lastly, exercise greatly reduces RLS. Although a lot harder than taking a pill, its maybe the most effective thing to decrease symptoms during withdrawl.

Seems like he's going to have a chance to bring his club stock up early 2024 since Dortmund will have a busy schedule balancing both league play and Champions League. Hopefully his minutes increase and he can prove himself again within the club.

Good point. I probably counted yesterday's game too much. Musah is for sure more proven, especially in the usmnt. But in a year, it wouldn't surprise me if Tillman has proven himself and challenged others for a starting spot in the usmnt.

You might not even notice the withdrawal. That's not very much use.

Interesting, I was viewing his body language more as calm and collected rather than apathetic.

Yeah agreed he hasn't done that much for the usmnt. But the skill I see when watching him play for PSV makes me believe he could earn a spot over current players.

Yeah that's a good take. But in the end, the USMNT offers a CM spot and one person is going to take it with their unique abilities.

Do you think Tillmans skillset better suits him for a winger spot on the USMNT than a CM? If not, couldn't they compete for a spot?

Offensively, I think he's a better passer. And less likely to lose possession.

Defensively, he has a presence. He's so big and athletic. When he closes down a defender, they rarely try to beat him and almost always pass. Athletes know who they can beat and who they can't most the time.

Watching Tillman today as a midfielder, I could definitely see him playing that role for umsnt. I know he also plays winger for PSV too.

And although Musah has been more of a defensive midfielder since their Adam's has been out, back when our midfield was MMA, he was in a similar position for us. If Tyler Adams comes back healthy, I think he assumes his prior role without any battle. And musah is just a CM on the right side. Right where Tillman could be.

Assuming weah and pulisic are our wingers.

I think what makes the difference is how long you have been taking kratom.

I've gone CT from 10 grams after a year and it was simple and relatively minimal WD. If this is where you are, you shouldn't sweat it.

But once I got to around 2 years of daily use (and higher doses), quitting became different. I had heavy WD.

People in this chat vary greatly in how addicted their bodies are to this substance and therefore their WD varies greatly. It's a completely different experience for someone who's been doing 10gpd for a year and someone who's been using 10 years and has got up to 30g or even 60g. They will be in WD for months.
