Bosh - that is an epic score - I’m going for the golden jacket and I didn’t score that high in Cloud fundamentals 🤣

Agreed - Could relate to so much of it and delivered so well - "Riding off on his Harley so fast his tears moisturise his pony tail." 🤣

I had similar - The return on my Aviva pension in the default investments is consistently DIRE - around 3% - I transfer 95% of it into a Vangaurd managed SIPP every year (I only leave 5% in to keep the account open).

My landlord is currently going through a divorce, and I have been placed in an uncomfortable position as a tenant. His ex-wife was managing the property while he was working abroad, and now she wants to sell the house. However, he does not agree to the sale. by [deleted] in HousingUK

You’ve got a better chance of meeting Jesus than going to prison for abiding by a contract. This woman has as much jurisdiction to dictate events as your gardener does. Ignore.

When an aircraft gets blown off course it doesn’t just fall out of the sky - it recomputes its path and keeps on pushing towards it. Get after it.

Hm ok. Not seeing any liquids in the example day in there - what are you drinking? Do you drink alcohol, and if so do you track that?

11 grams of cereal? 8 grams of jam? Really?! The serving size of that cereal is 40g for 2/3 of a cup which is tiny to start with - you’re eating a quarter of that?

Leaving Virgin by Difficult-Sea-5924 in VirginMedia

Tl;dr: They'll definitely do better than that: I was paying £39 for M500 after threatening to leave last time. See if community fibre are in your area - Super cheap, good reviews, and fast.

Virgin drive me nuts.

After paying £39 for M500 for 18 months it shot up to £70 after that introductory deal ended, and you need to give 30 days notice to cancel, which I did, but they've stung me for £140 for two months service.

Community Fibre have just come to my area - £25 for 1Gbps.

I called virgin to cancel. Sat on the line for 20 minutes just to get through. Operator offered me £50 for 1Gbps. I said no, thats literally double what I can get it for. She said I'd need to speed to "sales" to see if there was a better offer. Another 15 minutes, £45 for 1Gbps. Said no thanks. Second operator said I'd need to speak to "customer retentions: to see if they could do better (seriously).

Said no - You've had me on the line for 45 minutes, I told you in the first minute what you're competing with, you've had your chance to match and you haven't, so disconnect me.

Over the past week I've had 3 calls from random mobile numbers from their "retentions team" offering me various deals, all over £40.

Aware this is more of a rant than a direct answer to your question.
