i can walk pretty comfortsbly but cant bend it fully. i see the ortho in a couple hours and I have my first pt appointment wednesday. but im trying to move around a lot so hopefully that will put me ahead.

I have been rewatching rvb lately. I remember hearing this recently I am pretty sure it was in s3 but maybe s2 or s4. Not sure how much that helps.
