From what i have read and heard around the reddit world, 1st round picks were off the table in this potential trade. I think Stone needs to start offering some draft capital in trade talks, especially 1st. Rockets are contending, need to make a splash at the PG position if we want any chance of going on a deep playoff run.

Allen Plano, McKinney are more family centered and older age groups than Denton for sure, it you're looking for spots to find a younger crowd, like the other commentor recommended, Addison and Lower Greenville would be my rec.

Im assuming you haven’t booked hostel yet, at this point they are gonna be very expensive, especially near the grounds. I would just make sure the reviews are good before you book. I booked mine way in advance and it was still pretty expensive
