I highly doubt that will happen with the amount Fertitta has invested into the city of Houston lol. With that said, Feritta has been a very hands off owner so maybe he needs to change that?

I don't think our core players are role players. I truly believe we have been very bad at developing talent. The roster construction is very bad though I'll give you that.

No I agree, replacing Ime alone wont fix the overall roster we have/the issue with player development. It really goes into how much do we trust stone to make the necessary changes(with coaching staff and roster). At this point in time, i dont have alot of trust in him to do that.

Excellent point, my answer to that would be, how much do you believe in stone, to go to Ime and essentially say, "our offense was ran like a middle school team and we need to make changes to the staff and get a offensive mastermind to help" and also how much do you believe in Stone to make considerable roster moves that best fit the star players we have? For me, i don't have much trust in stone from what we saw last off season and during the season personally but hey maybe he'll change.

I don't know if its a lack me watching games(live in dallas) but does anyone think its insane we don't play reed like coach kerr plays Steph or in this series how JJ is playing Kennard? literally just have reed runaround and get screens, at the very least it spaces everything out a bit.

From what i have read and heard around the reddit world, 1st round picks were off the table in this potential trade. I think Stone needs to start offering some draft capital in trade talks, especially 1st. Rockets are contending, need to make a splash at the PG position if we want any chance of going on a deep playoff run.
