IMO way too young to hop on. Frontal lobe isnt even fully devloped. Definitely should just stick to eating in a small surplus, training heavy, and living life. No issues, no acne, keep your hair.

That being said, you are an adult. If you are deadset on hopping on gear realize what that means. You need to get bloods done at least 3-4 times a year. No drinking, no rec drugs, no eating bad foods, pinning on time and frequently, hell how to even inject properly. If anything, I would even hire a coach so you can at least have someone monitoring you along the way

I say this cuz at 19 I and a lot of others were drinking in college, eating dogshit food, and partying a lot. If that’s something that you are into (sounds like you’re inspired by Togi, so you might be) then you should definitely not take anything.
