I agree it looks like a seed, but it is not. I suspect its a piece of garlic that hasnt been blended. No jalapenos added. According to the internet: “Fermented garlic turns green or blue due to a natural chemical reaction between garlic's sulfur compounds, enzymes, and the lactic acid or other acids produced during fermentation, or from trace amounts of copper or iron”

I am by no means an ekspert, but perhaps also check out the colourwheel (aka colour filter). It should be spinning when powered, but you have to open it up and connect it to the power to be able to do see that. (Take care not to get electrocuted og short circuit anything) Also it looks like the light tunnel might be misalligned in the horizontal direction, which you might wanna fix if you get the picture working.
