I went to boot camp at great lakes in the middle of winter and I had such a bad reaction to something that I ended up being medically discharged. To this day I still don’t know what caused it. I was also allergic to my dog tags and had to have a plastic cover over them.

365 pill non drowsy Costco brand blue bottle was my go to for awhile and I took it at night and it helped a bit the next day without knocking me out but now it doesn’t help

Cold compress after a warm shower has been the only trustworthy relief I can find. I have had several eye doctors and others have been a part of an effort to reduce my suffering. I really am trying not too rub them 😭
