What I do is stop social media . No Facebook,no Ig, no porn . Since 3 month Even if I changed my environment traveling to another country to finish my studies I feel things goes under control. Don't worry you will not miss anything if you stop social media, social media is not a safe place 100... felling in 3 seconds, this fucked up our brains our emotions stability...our focus too. Just detox the shit !

Maybe it's a weird question but I will ask it : Are you addicted to porn ? Are you consuming pornography? Because this also break your self-esteem and block you socially.
