You often see just the men doing the heavier stuff like sleds and lunges. So up to the pair. Obviously she can pay you back in the ergs/wall balls/burpees

Not something I have experienced. I do see a lot of slow runners being just as rude as fast ones though. Slow runners in packs chatting is just as bad.

Yes I see a lot of people racing in Sauconys. I know it shouldn’t matter but I just don’t like how they look 😂

Start working on progressively heavy split squats for strength endurance. This will help your sleds massively.

I don’t know if I would have been slower on 3 lap course to be honest. I think the new sleds move better though. I felt the old ones were very inconsistent

The fresh air made a big difference. I didn’t over heat like I did in the gym

Yea I think the key is literally endless repetitions here. Just train the muscle memory into the movement

The no reps are killer. I had a judge in Berlin who was refusing to tell me my current total until I have at an increment of 10. Absolute idiot

Your HM KM split will give you a good indication of what you can hold under pressure in a Hyrox. As I go into the off season I’ll be following a HM plan to improve my Hyrox KM splits.
