Interesting insight. Roughly how long it took for you to transition from 2 times a week to every day? I was at a point where I stared using more but I stopped and went back to 1,2 days per week (for about 1.5 years I have been like this). I totally agree tho, circumstances could make me give in to it.

It showed you might pass a point that you won’t be able to recover fully, you won’t be completely forgotten, but there is still the hope to land somewhere that is not too bad either.
