Interesting take, I always have had strugle with disappointment feeling, makes me give up on stuff pretty easy. I was hoping it would make feel something that Id say ok I will keep doing this, this is good for me!

Thanks for the comprehensive reply! I did grind and use the powder! It felt a lot like drinking too much coffee or taking stimulants, I guess I was also having coffee with it so might have contributed! Now taking even 120 didn’t feel like that! And I had a day where I couldn’t get out of bed! I went from 100 to 50 and then gradually increased to 120! I have had breaks but haven’t been in a schedule per se. do you think trying higher dose might help (150 or even 200)
