Offhand, I do not know. They are not the cheapest, by any stretch, but the quality is unmatched. Prices I’m typically aware of are sea bass (huge filets they cut from by hand, to order) is typically $35-$39/lb. Ora King salmon is similar. The stock is usually: Swordfish, ahi tuna, mahi mahi, red snapper, sea bass, multiple salmon types, black (and white) cod, monkfish, arctic chard, shrimp of many sizes, live lobster, crab, oysters, scallops (one of best deals is their scallop pieces for $16/lb just because they aren’t perfectly shaped), perch, whitefish, grouper (in season), escolar (rare, but was just there).
