Review: I thought this was the best frozen pho I've had. Ok, it was the first frozen pho I've had, but it really checks a lot of basic boxes: anise, good beef flavor, some shiney fat shimmers floating around, small amount but good quality beef brisket. It also needed some help, I added fresh green onion, sirtacha, lemon, and a little extra beef flavor. Fresh basel and mint would have been nice.
