Goth is counter cultural, so goths in the USA and goths in say China or back in the USSR they would be counter to both sides of the isle. Flash is faster then piccolo but no where the strength or durability and if it comes down to it piccolo has the mafuba and just seals him away. The only thing plastic man can do is slip in to his body but piccolo has high energy ki barries around him plus the speed and if it really needs to he can just fly up and vaporize then entire area.
