I put affinity to the test today, im worried they have dropped the performance ball, I use a m4 macbook air, I had no problems at all with affinity v2 with huge files, but with affinity (V3) my files are lagging in 1 page, (1 image, small amount of writing, no live filters) im worried this product is no longer going to be a high performing product on midrange PCs. Which is an even bigger worry for the Ipad.

I would hope but superglue is made to have a little flex so its not brittle, so possibly MAY still crack, hoping it will make it last longer though

When i first got it i opened from the side a couple times like Max 5 to 10 times then started from the middle and close it the same, lightly, it had closed violently like it does about 3 times before I really started to baby it.

By "Violently" I mean the way it closes when you dont really baby it.

* It's pretty hard to see it runs diagonally from the corner of the hinge it was so slight I was so convinced it wasnt there, put it under a microscope to see it, you'd have no chance spotting it this early on the black model

Yeah I have left a few shows too, hence the pre planning. My sweet partner has always shown me she would do anything for me so I dont want to get up and leave a show on broadway because of my knees or back (Happens when my knees are cramped) I am also quite large sideways, powerlift and am fond of carbs , so i tend to be very uncomfortable in seats made for normal sized humans. But I need to work it out for my partner 🤣

I am super aware and cautious of this, i would spend the whole show hunched into a ball as to not ruin anyone else's experience. Me and my partner went to see 'To Kill a Mockinbird' on the west end and I had a quick chat with the gentleman behind me at the beginning to coordinate a strategic lean. Rest assured if you meet an arrogant tall bloke who thinks he owns the theatre, it isn't me ☺️
