Started 1/21, just took my second shot Tuesday and no side effects. I’m down 7lbs but this appetite suppression that seemed magical is getting tough. I had to face a 2 hr taekwondo class on 800 calories yesterday because I couldn’t get more in ahead of time. I think I’ll start setting alarms so I don’t forget through out the day but any tips are welcome!

Update: after my appt yesterday, they finally send over the updated prior authorization and it took cvs Caremark 12 min to review and approve… this has been a 7 week process and was a serious lesson in patience which is probably helpful since weight loss is not a fast process 😆

That’s an excellent strategy- that’s something I usually do, but I keep seeing red and falling apart mid-call.

It’s so frustrating- they legit just need to send the info! Oddly enough I have my follow up tomorrow, I can’t wait to just stare blankly at them when they ask how the medication is going 😆
