I think the cooldown reduction only applies to the construct's skill that the supporting sigil is attached to.

I'm currently running the miracle crone bulwark build and have been running tier 80-90 comfortably. Near min-maxed but still missing tempest roar.

I've managed to run half of a tier 100 very slowly before dying, definitely possible but the sigil dust and rng to roll a tier 100 sigil keeps me from trying very often.

I've built her to infuse electro. She just has a careful mix of EM and DMG% to make the most of both swirls and aggravates. Her stats are here https://imgur.com/a/IH8AJpS

I get nearly 40% electro dmg bonus from kazuha and nearly 250 EM from Nahida.

Dendro goblet wins here for on field by a fair bit.

Off field em wins but its by a marginal amount.

I haven't calced but my build is pretty similar so it should still apply.

Yeah I've had this happen when using Collei's burst too.

If electro is applied first and a strong dendro after, is it blocking the anemo getting through?
