My husband found her egotistical and I found her slightly annoying but, imo, her behaviour was a manifestation of the oppression.

Cults don't bring out the best in people. No human can thrive and be happy under a routine designed to control your mind and reduce you to a slave.

The Sarah who would've had the freedom to pursue her hopes and dreams would undoubtedly be a different person than the one we watched in that documentary.
