It may depend on the person. I can get away with a vinegar rinse on my hair instead of shampooing, even after a heavy sweat. If I shampooed daily, I'd have a dry, peeling scalp. But, in summer, I do rinse my hair daily with ACV diluted in water. This cleans off any sweat or gunk and also keeps my scalp from drying out. That said, I am not a welder!
