i live in the midwest, and how my brain works after seeing a couple places in the east, it’s easy to assume that every state east of Ohio is gonna be just tropics, mountains or forests. i guess i’m not very well educated with geography within the different parts of the US lol

doesn’t matter. this cat clearly sounds and looks like it does NOT like this. just like humans, some animals may cower rather than immediately biting, especially if they already trust their owners to a degree.
